Western Beans

  1. Set electric skillet at 340u0b0.
  2. Cook and stir ground beef, onion, celery and green pepper until meat is brown and vegetables tender.
  3. Drain off excess fat.
  4. Dissolve bouillon cube in hot water.
  5. Stir bouillon and remaining ingredients into meat mixture. Cover and simmer 15 minutes or until hot and bubbly.
  6. Crumble bacon and sprinkle over beans.
  7. Makes 6 servings.
