Lazy Day Lasagna
- 12 oz. Ricotta or cottage cheese
- 2 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1/3 c. chopped parsley
- 1 tsp. onion powder
- 1/2 tsp. basil
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 3/4 lb. ground chuck
- 1 (32 oz.) jar spaghetti sauce
- 9 lasagna noodles (uncooked)
- 1/4 c. water
- Mix Ricotta and Mozzarella cheeses with eggs, parsley, onion powder, basil and pepper.
- Brown and drain chuck.
- Cover bottom of 12 x 8 x 2-inch pan with thin layer of spaghetti sauce.
- Layer half of noodles, then spread cheese mixture on top.
- Combine remaining spaghetti sauce with ground beef.
- Place remaining noodles on cheese mixture, then pour sauce with beef on top.
- Pour water around edges.
- Cover with foil and bake at 350u0b0 for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
- Let stand 15 minutes before serving.
