Chicken With Parsley Sauce And Broccoli With Lemon Butter

  1. Season chicken with salt and pepper.
  2. Melt butter in broiler-proof baking dish large enough to hold chicken in single layer.
  3. Turn chicken in butter to coat.
  4. Arrange skin side down in baking dish; broil in preheated broiler about 6 inches from heat source for 5 minutes.
  5. Remove from broiler and turn skin side up. Return to broiler about 5 minutes.
  6. Mix remaining ingredients. Sprinkle evenly over chicken; baste well with butter.
  7. Bake in 400u0b0 oven for 10 minutes or until tender.
  8. Just before serving, reheat broiler.
  9. Place chicken briefly under broiler to brown. Makes 4 servings.
