Golden Cheese And Pepper Rolls

  1. Grease a 13 x 9-inch pan.
  2. In large bowl, combine flour mixture with yeast from foil packet.
  3. Mix well.
  4. In small saucepan, cook bell pepper in oil until tender.
  5. Stir in corn and water.
  6. Stir hot corn mixture and egg into flour mixture until dough pulls away from sides of bowl.
  7. Turn dough on floured surface. Shape into a ball.
  8. Knead 5 minutes, until smooth.
  9. Cover dough in large bowl.
  10. Let rise 5 minutes.
  11. Divide into 24 pieces. Shape each piece of dough around 1 piece of cheese.
  12. Cover and let rise for 30 minutes.
  13. Bake at 375u0b0 for 25 to 30 minutes. Brush with butter.
  14. Makes 24 rolls.
