Chicken-Broccoli Casserole
- 2(10 oz) pkg. frozen broccoli
- 4 chicken breasts,cooked,broken into small pieces(3-4 c.)
- 1 c. mayonnaise
- 1 c. grated cheddar cheese
- 2 cans cream of mushroom soup
- 1/2 tsp. lemon juice
- 1/2 c. milk
- 2 tbsp. melted butter
- 1/2 tsp. curry powder
- 1 c. bread crumbs
- Cook broccoli; drain.
- Arrange broccoli in greased 7x11 inch baking dish.
- Keep broccoli florets turned toward the outer edge of the dish.
- Arrange chicken on top of broccoli.
- Combine soup, milk, lemon juice, mayonnaise and curry powder; pour over chicken and broccoli.
- Cover with cheese, making sure everything is covered with sauce and cheese.
- Combine bread crumbs with melted butter and sprinkle over top.
- Bake, uncovered, at 350u0b0 about 40 minutes.
- Serves 8-10
