Ham And Swiss Pinwheels
- 2 tsp. flour
- 1 (1 lb.) loaf frozen white bread dough, thawed
- 3 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
- 1 Tbsp. honey
- 2 c. shredded reduced-fat Swiss cheese
- 8 (1 oz.) slices lean, cooked turkey ham
- vegetable cooking spray
- Sprinkle flour over work surface.
- Turn dough out onto floured surface and roll into a 12-inch square.
- Combine mustard and honey in small bowl and brush over dough.
- Sprinkle evenly with cheese. Top with ham slices.
- Roll up jelly roll fashion, pinching seam to seal (don't seal ends).
- Cut roll into 16 slices.
- Place slices, cut side down, on a baking sheet coated with cooking spray.
- Cover and let rise in a warm place (85u0b0) for 45 minutes.
- Bake at 350u0b0 for 15 to 18 minutes, or until golden.
- Serve immediately.
- Yields 16.
