Squash Hermits (Protein Bars)

  1. Preheat oven to 350u0b0.
  2. In separate bowls, combine dry ingredients and wet ingredients. Mix together.
  3. Stir in chopped nuts and fruits.
  4. Spray or grease parchment paper and place on a baking sheet or bar pan; spread mixture evenly onto paper.
  5. Bake at 350u0b0 for 30 minutes, or until golden.
  6. Let cool; cut into squares.
