Pasta Primavera With Three Cheeses

  1. Cook spaghetti according to directions.
  2. In a 12-inch skillet, cook peppers, squash and mushrooms in margarine for 3 to 4 minutes until almost tender.
  3. Drain pasta.
  4. Toss with vegetables in skillet.
  5. Transfer to heated platter, cover to keep warm.
  6. In medium saucepan, combine Ricotta, Mozzarella, milk, Parmesan, Italian seasoning, salt and pepper.
  7. Cook over medium heat until warm (do not boil).
  8. Spoon over pasta and vegetables.
