Hot Fruit Compote
- 1 (15 oz.) can pineapple chunks, drained
- 1 (16 oz.) can sliced peaches, drained
- 1 (15 oz.) can spiced apple rings, drained
- 1 (16 oz.) can pear halves or slices, drained
- 1 (16 oz.) can apricot halves, drained
- 1/2 c. butter or margarine
- 2 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
- 1/2 c. brown sugar
- 1 c. sherry
- 12 red maraschino cherries
- 1 stick melted butter or margarine
- 1 egg or Egg Beaters
- 1 pkg. lemon cake mix
- 1 c. nuts
- 3 egg or Egg Beaters
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese (at room temperature)
- 1 box confectioners sugar
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- Preheat oven to 350u0b0.
