Sesame Pork Fajitas

  1. Trim fat off pork and cut into thin strips.
  2. Combine pork with marinade ingredients in a zip-top plastic bag, and shake well to coat.
  3. Marinate in refrigerator for 20 minutes.
  4. Heat moo shu shells according to directions on package.
  5. Coat a skillet with cooking spray, and warm over medium-high heat until hot.
  6. Stir-fry pork for 4 minutes.
  7. Divide pork evenly between moo shu shells, drizzle with hoisin sauce, and roll up.
