Pork Tenderloin

  1. Mix the first 9 ingredients together.
  2. Wrap the tenderloin with bacon. Place in a container.
  3. Pour the marinade mixture over the tenderloins. Cover.
  4. Refrigerate overnight, turning the tenderloins once.
  5. Place tenderloins on a rack in a roasting pan.
  6. Pour the marinade over the tenderloins.
  7. Roast for 2 hours at 300 degrees, basting with marinade every 20 minutes.
  8. Pork is well done at 170 degrees.
  9. Time does not include refrigerating overnight.
