Cordon Bleu Style Chicken Strips

  1. Preheat oven to 400u0b0F.
  2. Spray a large rimmed baking sheet with no-stick spray, or line with no-stick foil.
  3. Place egg & water in a shallow dish, blend with fork until well mixed.
  4. Place cracker crumbs in another shallow dish and stir in pepper.
  5. Wrap each chicken strip with a half piece of ham, secure with toothpick if needed.
  6. 6. Roll in cracker crumbs, then in egg mixture, then again in cracker crumbs.
  7. Place on cookie sheet.
  8. Bake 15-25 minutes, turning halfway through. Chicken should register 165u0b0 on instant read thermometer.
