Zesty Meatballs

  1. Combine first 7 ingredients, mixing well.
  2. Shape into 1-inch balls.
  3. Cook meatballs in hot oil until lightly browned.
  4. Drain. Place meatballs in a 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking dish.
  5. Combine remaining ingredients in a medium saucepan.
  6. Bring to a boil. Cook over medium heat 1 minute, stirring constantly.
  7. Pour sauce over meatballs.
  8. Bake at 325u0b0 for 30 minutes.
  9. Garnish with parsley, if desired.
  10. Yields 6 dozen.
