California Chili

  1. Into heavy, deep pot, add meat with a little bacon drippings. Cook until meat is brown.
  2. Add onion, bell pepper, garlic, crushed red pepper, tomato sauce, enchilada sauce and ginger ale.
  3. Cook on medium heat for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  4. Add more ginger ale if liquid is needed.
