Oatmeal Banana Muffins - 2 Ww Points

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
  2. Mix yogurt and oats and set aside.
  3. Add dry ingredients (minus sugar) together in another bowl.
  4. To the bowl with the yogurt and rolled oats, add egg, applesauce, and then sugar. Mix welll.
  5. Add wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and mix well.
  6. Add mashed banana and fold in just to lightly mix.
  7. Bake 20 to 23 minutes.
