Banana Split Cake
- 2 c. graham cracker crumbs
- 1 stick magarine, melted
- 1 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 egg
- 2 sticks soft margarine
- pinch of salt
- 2 c. confectioners sugar, sifted
- 4 to 5 bananas
- 20 oz. can crushed pineapple
- 1 pt. strawberries, cut up
- 1 large container Cool Whip
- chopped nuts
- Pat graham cracker crumbs, melted margarine and 1 tablespoon sugar in a 9 x 13-inch pan.
- Beat 1 egg, soft margarine, salt and confectioners sugar for 10 minutes until very creamy; pour over graham cracker crumbs.
- Slice 4 to 5 bananas over mixture.
- Drain crushed pineapple; spread over bananas.
- Add cut up strawberries over bananas and pineapple.
- Spread Cool Whip over fruit. Sprinkle with chopped nuts.
- Chill overnight.
