Chocolate Cheesecake

  1. Mix wafer crumbs, butter and 3 tablespoons sugar together and pat in bottom of 9 x 13-inch pan.
  2. Beat cream cheese and 1 1/2 cups sugar together on high until creamy.
  3. Add the vanilla and rum.
  4. Blend well.
  5. Add eggs, one at a time, and the melted chocolate.
  6. After well blended, add the chocolate chips.
  7. Pour over wafer crumb crust.
  8. Bake 40 minutes at 350u0b0 until top cracks. Let cool 10 minutes.
  9. Mix sour cream with 1/2 cup sugar and pour over top of cake, covering completely.
  10. Bake 10 minutes at 350u0b0. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.
  11. Decorate by drizzling chocolate syrup over top.
  12. Garnish with strawberries or raspberries.
