Breakfast Puffs

  1. Preheat oven to 350u0b0.
  2. In a bowl, combine flour, 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon and baking powder; set aside.
  3. Using electric mixer at medium speed in medium size bowl, combine 3 tablespoons of sugar, margarine and egg.
  4. Beat until creamy.
  5. Alternate flour mixture and milk until combined.
  6. Stir in walnuts.
  7. Drop onto nonstick baking sheet into 12 equal mounds, about 2 inches apart.
  8. Brush with melted butter.
  9. Combine remaining 1 tablespoon of sugar and 1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon and sprinkle over puffs.
  10. Bake until puffed and golden, 12 to 15 minutes.
  11. Cool on wire rack.
  12. Serves 12.
  13. Contains 112 calories, 5 gm fat and 91 mg sodium.
