Sweet And Sour Pork

  1. Brown pork in oil in skillet.
  2. Reduce heat.
  3. Add water; simmer, covered, for 1 hour.
  4. Combine cornstarch, salt, brown sugar, vinegar, pineapple juice and soy sauce in bowl; mix well. Pour over pork.
  5. Let stand for 15 minutes.
  6. Add green pepper, onions and pineapple chunks.
  7. Simmer for 4 to 5 minutes longer. Stir in Kitchen Bouquet.
  8. Serve over rice or Chinese noodles. Serves 4.
