Key Lime Cake

  1. Mix lime juice and powdered sugar until well blended; set aside.
  2. Place dry ingredients in large bowl.
  3. Add eggs, oil, orange juice, vanilla and lemon extract.
  4. Beat until well blended. Pour batter into greased 9 x 13-inch glass dish.
  5. Bake 35 minutes or until done.
  6. Remove from oven and let stand in pan 15 minutes. Prick cake all over with a fork.
  7. Drizzle thoroughly with lime juice, mixed with powdered sugar.
  8. Cover and refrigerate 24 hours before serving.
