Summer Pasta Salad

  1. In a large bowl, combine the noodles, oranges, apple, celery and chicken.
  2. In small bowl, mix the mayonnaise, cream, lemon juice and sugar to make the dressing.
  3. Combine dressing with other ingredients.
  4. Toss lightly so all pieces are coated; refrigerate 1 hour.
  5. Toast almonds in a small pan in a 300u0b0 oven for 10 minutes, or until they just begin to turn brown.
  6. Set aside.
  7. Serve salad on lettuce leaves; top with the toasted almonds.
  8. Makes 6 to 8 servings.
