Chicken Breasts Supreme

  1. Remove skin and season with salt, pepper, paprika.
  2. Melt butter, brown chicken over medium heat.
  3. Place in single layer in 10-inch casserole.
  4. Combine soup, milk, cheese, onion and Worcestershire sauce in small saucepan, cut mushrooms in small pieces and add.
  5. Cook over low heat until heated and cheese is melted.
  6. Remove from heat.
  7. Add sour cream.
  8. Blend.
  9. Pour over chicken breasts.
  10. Cover tightly.
  11. Bake 45 minutes at 350u0b0. Uncover and baste with sauce.
  12. Bake 30 minutes longer or until tender, uncovered, basting occasionally.
  13. Serve with mashed potatoes or fluffy rice using the mushroom sauce as gravy.
  14. Serves 4 to 6.
