Chinese Pork Chops

  1. Heat oven to 350u0b0.
  2. Season chops well with salt and brown on both sides in oil.
  3. Place chops in baking dish; cover with onions. Combine soy sauce, orange and lemon juices, mushrooms, ginger and garlic powder; pour over chops.
  4. Cover and bake 35 minutes.
  5. Add green pepper, chestnuts and lemon slices.
  6. Bake, uncovered, 15 minutes longer.
  7. Serve with rice.
