Tri-Tip Dinner For 4
- 1 Tri-Tip
- 4 medium baking potatoes
- 1 head lettuce
- 1 bottle dressing (any kind)
- seasoning with Pappy's seasoning (Hallmart meat section)
- 4 small ears corn-on-the-cob
- 1 avocado
- garlic bread (optional)
- 1 bag Bricketts
- 1 block cheese (any kind)
- 1 tomato
- Roll Tri-Tip in Pappy's seasoning.
- Light the coals and let them get hot.
- Take Tri-Tip and Pappy's seasoning and season as desired.
- Put meat on the grill and close lid.
- Wrap potatoes separately in foil and put in oven at 350u0b0 to 400u0b0.
- Bake 30 to 45 minutes, depending on size of potatoes.
- Get large pot.
- Boil water and put corn in.
- Cut up lettuce, tomatoes and shredded cheese.
- Combine and put in refrigerator to chill.
- Tri-Tip need to cook 30 minutes on 1 side, 30 minutes on the other side (lid closed).
- When Tri-Tip is done, cut up slices as desired.
- Set table.
- Butter corn.
- Take out potatoes and salad.
- Enjoy dinner, seasoning as desired.
