Lasagne Rounds

  1. Brown hamburger; add onion and garlic.
  2. Drain fat.
  3. Blend in tomato juice, paste, water, sugar, salt and bay leaf.
  4. Simmer, uncovered, 1 hour, stirring occasionally.
  5. Remove bay leaf.
  6. Blend cottage cheese and egg with 3/4 of the Parmesan and Mozzarella cheese.
  7. Season to taste with salt and pepper; set aside.
