Chocolate Hedgehog

  1. For the slice :.
  2. Line a baking tin with baking paper.
  3. Melt butter and sugar in a small saucepan over a low heat, add cocoa and mix well.
  4. Remove from heat and add beaten egg.
  5. Place all other ingredients into a bowl. Add melted mixture and stir well.
  6. Press into pan and chill until set.
  7. Spread with the icing.
  8. For the icing:.
  9. Sift icing sugar and cocoa together and add water.
  10. Mix to a smooth consistency, adding more water if needed.
  11. Sprinkle with some extra coconut if you like.
  12. Chill until set and then cut into squares.
