Asparagus And Orzo Pasta With Broiled Salmon

  1. Preheat the broiler.
  2. Bring a small pot of water (with a lid) to a boil (about 5 minutes).
  3. Add asparagus and orzo to the pot.
  4. After 3 minutes, remove only the asparagus and continue cooking orzo according to package instructions (usually about 6 minutes).
  5. While orzo cooks, season 5 oz. salmon filet with salt and pepper and broil for 5 minutes, or until opaque throughout.
  6. Meanwhile, whisk together feta, dill, lemon juice, olive oil, and pepper to taste.
  7. Flake the fish and toss together all ingredients.
