Company Crab Mousse
- 10 3/4 oz. can condensed cream of mushroom soup
- 8 oz. pkg. cream cheese, softened
- 1 envelope unflavored gelatin
- 6 1/2 oz. can crab meat, rinsed, drained and flaked
- 1 c. chopped celery
- 1/3 c. chopped green onion
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 tsp. seasoned salt
- Lightly oil a 4-cup mold.
- In small saucepan over low heat, combine soup, cream cheese and gelatin; stir until mixture is smooth and creamy, about 1 to 2 minutes.
- Remove from heat; add remaining ingredients.
- Pour mixture into prepared mold.
- Cover; chill several hours until firm.
- To serve, invert mold onto lettuce-lined serving plate.
- Serve with thinly sliced snack bread, crackers or fresh vegetables.
