Company Crab Mousse

  1. Lightly oil a 4-cup mold.
  2. In small saucepan over low heat, combine soup, cream cheese and gelatin; stir until mixture is smooth and creamy, about 1 to 2 minutes.
  3. Remove from heat; add remaining ingredients.
  4. Pour mixture into prepared mold.
  5. Cover; chill several hours until firm.
  6. To serve, invert mold onto lettuce-lined serving plate.
  7. Serve with thinly sliced snack bread, crackers or fresh vegetables.
