Broccoli And Ham Quiche

  1. Line pan with pastry and partially bake, unfilled, for 20 minutes in a 425u0b0
  2. oven.
  3. Remove stems from broccoli; cut tops in small pieces and blanch in boiling, salted water for 5 minutes. Drain, cool and chop coarsely (about 2 cups).
  4. Whisk together cream, milk and eggs; add broccoli, ham, cheese and wine vinegar. Season with salt and pepper.
  5. Pour into pastry shell and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
  6. Bake in a 375u0b0
  7. oven for 30 minutes until puffed and brown on top.
