Low Fat Nachos!

  1. Preheat oven 200u0b0C.
  2. On lightly sprayed tray, cut pita bread in triangles, spray top of pita and bake for about 10 minutes until crunchy.
  3. On plate, arrange Mexibeans, Nacho Toppings Sauce***, cheese.
  4. Heat in microwave for about 2 minutes until cheese melts.
  5. Top with salsa, sour cream and jalapenos.
  6. NOTE: Can heat Mexibeans in pan and Nacho Topping*** in another pan and place under broiler until cheese melts.
  7. Serve with pita baked triangles.
  8. Note: Can omit jalapenos.
  9. Note: Guacamole, HEAPS more of sour cream only adds to the calories not necessarily to more enjoyment!
  10. ENJOY!
  11. NOTE: Above recipe would not let me include "Fat-free Nachos
  12. Topping".
