Brick Cake(Sugar-Free)

  1. Mix all dry ingredients, then add the liquid, leaving milk for last to give the right texture.
  2. Add raisins.
  3. Pour into glass baking dishes.
  4. Pour 1/2 to 3/4-inches deep (any deeper and it won't cook inside).
  5. There should be enough to fill 2 glass dishes, depending on size.
  6. I use one 9 x 13-inch and one 9 x 9-inch. Preheat oven to 350u0b0 and bake until done, 30 to 40 minutes.
  7. (Cut into center and look to see if done.)
  8. Cut into squares when cooled.
