Cheddar And Turkey Pie

  1. In a 3 quart saucepan, brown turkey.
  2. Drain off any fat.
  3. Stir in vegetables, soup, milk and thyme.
  4. Bring to boil; reduce heat. Simmer 5 minutes.
  5. Spoon into 8-inch round baking dish.
  6. Unfold crust; cut decorative cutouts or slits in crust so steam can escape.
  7. Place crust on top of dish.
  8. Turn edge under; flute. Combine egg white and water; brush over crust.
  9. Sprinkle sesame seed on top.
  10. Bake at 400u0b0 for 25 to 30 minutes or until golden. Let stand 5 minutes.
  11. Makes 4 to 6 servings.
