Roast Lamb With Plum Sauce

  1. Rub leg of lamb with garlic.
  2. Mix remaining ingredients; rub into lamb.
  3. Place on rack in shallow roasting pan.
  4. Roast in 325* oven for about 3 hrs; or until thermometer registers 180*.
  5. FOR SAUCE: Mix jelly with remaining sauce ingredients in small saucepan.
  6. Cook over med-hi heat, stirring until thickened and smooth.
  7. Cook for 1 minute more.
  8. Serve alongside roast.
