Romano Encrusted Salmon

  1. Heat oven to 350u0b0F.
  2. Mix mayonnaise and cheeses and spread mixture over fish.
  3. Sprinkle paprika over each steak.
  4. Bake 10 minutes.
  5. For the sauce, combine all ingredients except cornstarch in a saucepan.
  6. Simmer for approximately 10 minutes on medium heat, then blend in cornstarch.
  7. Simmer for 1 minute.
  8. Remove fish from oven and top with sauce.
