Italian Stallion Sandwich

  1. Simmer sausage in water until done.
  2. Melt butter in skillet. Saute onion, pepper, mushrooms and garlic until tender (5 to 7 minutes).
  3. Split rolls.
  4. Divide vegetable mixture among rolls. Split cooked sausage and place on top of vegetables.
  5. Pour 1/3 cup sauce on each sandwich.
  6. Top with cheese.
  7. Sprinkle with oregano and paprika.
  8. Heat under broiler until cheese melts and begins to brown (3 to 5 minutes).
  9. Garnish with pickles and parsley.
