Ham And Cheese Salad

  1. In a large bowl, combine ham and cheese with the green onions and parsley.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk the vinegar, mustard, salt, black pepper and cayenne.
  3. Gradually whisk in the olive oil in a thin stream.
  4. Pour the dressing over the ham and cheese and toss well.
  5. Cover and refrigerate.
  6. Serve at room temperature.
  7. Makes 8 (4 cup) servings.
