Super Simple Steak Diane

  1. Pound steaks with flat side of mallet until thin--about 1/2 inches to 3/4 inches thick.
  2. Cook chives in 4 tablespoons butter about 1 minute
  3. Add Worcestershire & lemon juice.
  4. Heat to bubbling hot.
  5. Heat remaining butter in 12 inches skillet until slightly browned.
  6. Add steaks & cook 3 minute
  7. Turn & cook 2-3 minute or till desired doneness.
  8. Sprinkle with salt & seasoned pepper. Pour sauce over steaks & rice.
  9. Garnish with parsley.
