Linda'S Low-Fat Lasagna
- large jar thick Ragu sauce
- 1 pkg. raw lasagna noodles
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 3 cloves garlic
- 1/2 c. chopped onion
- oregano to taste
- nonstick cooking spray
- large nonfat Ricotta cheese
- 1 lb. nonfat grated Mozzarella
- La Pecorina Romano cheese
- 1 Heritage egg, beaten
- 1 c. water
- bacon bits
- Spray fry pan with cooking spray.
- Saute garlic and onion. Add ground beef until browned.
- Grease 9 x 13-inch pan, spread small amount of sauce on bottom.
- Layer in the following order: raw lasagna noodles, ground beef, Ricotta, sprinkle bacon bits, Mozzarella and sprinkle grated cheese.
- Repeat 2 more times.
- Pour water around sides of pan.
- Cover tightly with foil.
- Bake at 350u0b0 for 1 hour.
- Remove foil; bake 15 to 20 minutes longer.
- Let stand 20 minutes to set before serving.
