Linda'S Low-Fat Lasagna

  1. Spray fry pan with cooking spray.
  2. Saute garlic and onion. Add ground beef until browned.
  3. Grease 9 x 13-inch pan, spread small amount of sauce on bottom.
  4. Layer in the following order: raw lasagna noodles, ground beef, Ricotta, sprinkle bacon bits, Mozzarella and sprinkle grated cheese.
  5. Repeat 2 more times.
  6. Pour water around sides of pan.
  7. Cover tightly with foil.
  8. Bake at 350u0b0 for 1 hour.
  9. Remove foil; bake 15 to 20 minutes longer.
  10. Let stand 20 minutes to set before serving.
