Kathie'S Chocolate Eclair Cake

  1. Heat oven to 400u0b0.
  2. In saucepan, bring water and 1/2 cup butter to a boil until butter is melted. All at once, add flour and salt. Beat until mixture forms a ball and leaves sides of pan. Add eggs, one at a time, beating thoroughly after each addition. Spread mixture into parchment lined jelly roll pan (15 x 10 x 1-inch).
  3. Bake for 35 minutes.
  4. Prick bubbles with fork while hot. Cool completely.
