Upside-Down Pizza
- 1 1/2 lb. ground beef
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 (15 1/2 oz.) jar pizza sauce
- 1/2 tsp. garlic salt
- 1/4 tsp. dried oregano
- 8 oz. Mozzarella cheese, grated
- 2 eggs
- 1 c. milk
- 1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 c. flour
- 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
- Brown beef and onion.
- Pour off fat.
- Blend in pizza sauce, garlic salt, 1/2 teaspoon salt and oregano.
- Put mixture into 9 x 13-inch baking pan.
- Sprinkle with Mozzarella cheese.
- In small bowl, mix eggs, milk, oil, 1/2 teaspoon salt and flour.
- Pour over mixture and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
- Bake at 350u0b0 for 50 to 60 minutes.
- May also add before batter, mushrooms and bell peppers.
