Crunchy Romaine Toss

  1. Brown in skillet walnuts, Ramen noodles, butter, and almond slices.
  2. Set aside and cool. In a large salad bowl, combine broccoli, romaine lettuce, chopped green onions. Mix together oil, sugar or Splenda, vinegar, soy sauce, and salt and pepper to make dressing. To romaine mixture add nut mixture and toss.
  3. Pour dressing over salad mixture and toss.
