Turkey Meat Loaf(Low-Fat)

  1. Heat oven to 350u0b0.
  2. In small bowl, stir chicken bouillon into 1/2 cup salsa.
  3. Set aside.
  4. In a bowl, combine turkey, oats, onion, basil, garlic powder, pepper and egg white.
  5. Mix well.
  6. Add bouillon mixture.
  7. Mix well.
  8. Spoon mixture into ungreased 8 x 4-inch loaf pan or shape mixture into an 8 x 4-inch loaf in ungreased 12 x 8-inch baking dish.
  9. Bake at 350u0b0 for 1 hour to 1 hour and 10 minutes or until well browned and firm.
  10. Let stand 5 minutes before slicing.
  11. Heat 1 cup salsa in small saucepan until warm.
  12. Serve with meat loaf.
  13. Makes 6 servings.
