Galette

  1. Soften butter.
  2. Add sugar.
  3. Beat until whipped.
  4. Add eggs one by one.
  5. Add almond powder,salt,flour,and vanilla extract.
  6. Take the dough and make it into a circle and put teh batter in the center.
  7. Put a coin inside the batter without looking.
  8. Put the second piece of dough on the first piece of dough.
  9. Put a bit of water in a cup.
  10. Close the two pieces of dough by by putting your fingers in a cup and clamping the two pieces of dough together.
  11. Take the yolk of your eggs and spread them around the top until the top is covered.
  12. Make a design on the top with a knife.
  13. Place the Galette in the oven for about 30 to 45 minutes.
  14. ENJOY!
