Hamburger-Corn Casserole
- 1 1/2 lb. ground beef
- 1 (12 oz.) can (1 1/2 c.) whole kernel corn, drained
- 1 can condensed cream of mushroom soup
- 1/4 c. chopped pimento
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1 c. soft bread crumbs
- 1 c. chopped onion
- 1 can condensed cream of chicken soup
- 1 c. dairy sour cream
- 3/4 tsp. salt
- 3 c. medium noodles, cooked
- 3 Tbsp. butter, melted
- Brown meat.
- Add onion.
- Cook until tender, but not brown. Add next 8 ingredients.
- Mix well.
- Stir in noodles.
- Pour into 2-quart casserole.
- Mix crumbs and butter; sprinkle over top. Bake in moderate oven (350u0b0) for 30 minutes or until heated through.
- Snip parsley over top.
- Makes 8 to 10 servings.
