Pork Chop And Stuffing Casserole

  1. Lightly brown chops in oil in large glass ceramic skillet; remove chops and sprinkle with 1/2 teaspoon salt.
  2. Cook onions in drippings 3 to 5 minutes.
  3. Stir in stuffing mix and sprinkle with 1 teaspoon salt.
  4. Combine soup with water.
  5. Add chopped apples, squash and diluted soup to stuffing; stir lightly to combine. Place in large skillet; then place chops on top.
  6. Cover with foil. Bake in slow oven at 325u0b0 for 45 minutes.
  7. Remove foil and bake an additional 15 minutes.
  8. A serving for 6.
