Turkey Stir-Fry(This Tasty Dish Uses Less Sugar, Salt And Fat.)
- 1 1/2 lb. raw boneless turkey, cut into strips
- 1 Tbsp. cooking oil
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1 carrot, julienned
- 1/2 medium green pepper, sliced
- 2 c. fresh mushrooms, sliced
- 1 c. chicken broth
- 3 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 3 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 1/2 tsp. ground ginger
- 2 c. pea pods, trimmed
- cooked rice (optional)
- 1/3 c. cashews (optional)
- 2 Tbsp. Roger Hong special blend oil
- 1 tsp. minced fresh garlic
- 1/4 c. sliced red or white onion
- 8 oz. sliced boneless, skinless chicken breast
- 1/2 c. Roger Hong's stir-fry sauce
- 1/4 c. sliced carrots
- 1/2 c. cut broccoli tops
- In a skillet or wok, heat the oil on high heat.
- Add the garlic, onion and chicken.
- Stir-fry for one minute.
- Add Roger Hong's stir-fry sauce.
- Cover and cook until chicken is done, approximately 2 minutes.
- Add the carrots and broccoli on top of the chicken.
- Cover and cook for 1 minute for crispy broccoli. Serve immediately.
