Chicken Curry Croquettes(Makes 16)

  1. Melt butter in saucepan over low heat.
  2. Stir in flour. Gradually add milk.
  3. Cook, stirring constantly, until thick.
  4. Add remaining ingredients, except eggs.
  5. Stir in eggs.
  6. Heat thoroughly, stirring constantly.
  7. Spread in 8 or 9-inch pie pan, lined with foil.
  8. Freeze 1 1/2 to 2 hours until partially frozen.
