Texas Chili

  1. Mix the ingredients and soak the ribs in this mixture for 2 hours.
  2. Then bake in oven at 300u0b0 for 2 or 3 hours.
  3. Baste every now and then with the sauce.
  4. If the ribs are fatty, drop them in boiling water for about 5 minutes before marinating, then proceed as directed.
  5. Serves 6.
