Polish Cheesecake

  1. DOUGH:.
  2. Cream shortening and sugar.
  3. Add egg, vanilla, and flour an press in greased 10x12 inch pan.
  4. Fill with pineapple pie filling mixed with 2 tablespoons flour.
  5. FILLING:.
  6. Beat cheese, 1/2 cup sugar, 4 egg yolks and milk.
  7. Add flour, cinnamon, salt, vanilla and lemon juice.
  8. Beat 4 egg whites stiff, adding remaining 1/4 cup sugar.
  9. Fold into cheese mixture and pour over pie filling.
  10. Bake at 350 degrees for 45-60 minutes.
