Quiche Lorraine

  1. Mix crumbs and melted butter together.
  2. Press into 10-inch pie plate.
  3. Bake into preheated 350u0b0 oven for 10 minutes.
  4. Remove from oven.
  5. Reduce to 325u0b0.
  6. Combine milk, eggs, Worcestershire sauce, salt and cheeses.
  7. Mix well.
  8. Set aside.
  9. Cut up bacon and fry with onion until brown.
  10. Drain.
  11. Spread bacon and onion in baked crust.
  12. Pour in egg mixture.
  13. Bake for 45 to 55 minutes.
  14. Make sure it is set in center.
  15. Cool 5 minutes before cutting and serving.
